A lively group discussion, an intimate tête-à-tête, an inner monologue — in your view, when it comes to a good conversation, what’s the ideal number of people?

I’ve somehow become socially retarded, and weird, and don’t really function too well in social settings, so the concept of being involved in a conversation just makes me feel uncomfortable.

If a comment is getting too long, do you turn it into a post on your own blog? Point us towards a post that grew out of leaving a comment.

I haven’t as such created a post that grew from a comment.

I have, however had a couple of posts that grew from a simple idea and that really snowballed out of control.

Would you read a personal blog without a comment section? How do you feel when a comment section is closed?

I’m not even sure I’ve come across a blog that doesn’t have a comment section. I think that to see one would actually be quite weird, because here is this person, writing their blog, generally because they have a specific point of view they want to convey to their readers, but they don’t want people to comment on it.
