May 2 – Eating Plans

Tell us how you wish you ate if it’s different from your day-to-day reality.

I would love to be the sort of person who could just wake up at stupid o’clock, go and do a workout at the gym, come home and make something ridiculously healthy like an egg-white omelette, then go to work, and have four or five small meals throughout the day, then come home to have a small meal before going to bed at 9pm and getting about nine or ten hours sleep.

However, I don’t live in a fantasy world.

I wish I could kick my addiction to biscuits.

As much as I don’t want to say it, I wish I could kick my addiction to cake as well… well, maybe not entirely but at least cut it down dramatically. I know that if I decided to go on one of those drastic diets whereby I cut sugar out of my diet completely, I’d go completely bat-shit fucking crazy. At that point I would probably need to be in isolation so that I don’t pose a threat to anybody around me. Perhaps that isolation would need to take place on a tropical island somewhere… I wonder if there are any kind of detox retreats you can go to that are located on a tropical island… or at least somewhere by a beautiful beach??
